Making an offer
As soon as you find the right property, it's time to put in an offer. Make sure you outline the following details to us: the price you want to pay for the monthly rent, length of tenancy you require, any requests you may have and the date you would like to move in.
Great news, your offer has been accepted!
Pay holding deposit
Holding deposits are now taken. This is equivalent to one weeks rent and the agent will take the property off the market. It is important that you disclose at this stage anything that may have an adverse affect on your credit rating for referencing purposes.
The tenancy will be subject to successful referencing which include credits checks, employment and landlord references.
Signing the tenancy agreement
This is the legal contract between you, the tenant and the landlord.
On the day of move in, you will pay your deposit, one months rent, collect your keys and move into your new home!
