Our most popular service is Fully Managed, we have a team of experienced professionals who will look after your property over the duration of the tenancy. Our Fully Managed service includes 3D professionally enhanced property marketing in branch and online. We carry out comprehensive referencing including credit checks, previous landlord and employment references. The preparation of the tenancy agreement and a thorough inventory report prior to the tenancy moving in.
We will register the deposit with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Your monthly rent will be collected and monthly statements sent out detailing income and costs. If a tenant fails to pay their rent, we have a pro-active accounts team who will ensure the rent is chased and received. We will assist you in serving the correct notices during the tenancy if needed. Our team will conduct detailed mid-term inspections to make sure the property is being looked after. Any maintenance issues during the tenancy, we have local contractors who will be able to carry these works out for you. Once the tenant has moved out, we will conduct a check out report and compare back to the original inventory.
We can also offer you Rental Guarantee Insurance through our referencing company.

With our tenant find service we carry out viewings, comprehensive referencing including credit checks, previous landlord and employment references—preparing the tenancy agreement and moving in. It’s then over to you to manage the rest of the tenancy.
Zero Deposit Guarantee
As a Zero Deposit landlord, you can receive protection equal to a six-week deposit, even after the deposit cap. Tenants may purchase a no-deposit guarantee for the equivalent of one week's rent, making renting more affordable. This speeds up the renting process and reduces void periods. At the end of the tenancy, if there are no damages or unpaid rent at the end of the tenancy, then the guarantee will end, and there is no further action required.
