The Negotiator recently announced its shortlist of the best of the residential agency sector battling to win at The Negotiator Awards 2022.
The Negotiator Awards is the UK’s leading independent awards for estate and letting agents, their suppliers, and the residential property industry. It has been established for 14 years and has become, through an impeccable reputation for fairness and transparency, the most prestigious and valuable awards for agents to be associated with.

This year, hosted by the BBC’s Naga Munchetty, it will bring together the leading associations, sector specialists and 500 agents.
