All offers will be fully qualified by us before being put forward to you as the seller. We will advise and help you make an informed decision on which offer you would like to go ahead with. If you accept an offer, we will send out all the paperwork to your conveyancer and start to progress the sale forward.
Progressing your sale to completion

A completion date when the sale of your property will legally complete will be agreed between you and your conveyancer. The completion date can be the same day as the exchange date or a different suitable date for both the buyer and the seller.
